Community and unit information
Payment data processed through Stripe (we never store card numbers)
Documents and files you upload

Usage data and analytics to improve our service

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the Parkie platform
Process payments and manage billing
Send transactional emails (invoices, reminders, notifications)
Generate AI-powered content (violation notices, meeting minutes, compliance alerts)
Provide customer support
Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe — for payment processing
Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting and file storage
AI service providers — to power AI features (data is not used to train models)
Your community members — information you share within your community is visible to other members as appropriate for their role

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure session management, and rate-limited API endpoints. Payment information is processed exclusively through PCI-compliant Stripe — we never store card numbers on our servers.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Community data shared with others (announcements, discussions) may persist for the community. We retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.
